Hello vBCoderz,
It seem that the community isn't getting that much posting going on. Is there something that need to be fix on the community? Is it time for a new skin to be release on this forum and/or do we need a new section added? I know that some of you guys and girls are here to download our modification, and that's it. However, we're not asking that much but to stick around and post (non-spam) to obtain that permission.
We would love for every user(s) that visit this community to give us a little feedback to make this a new home to relax and have fun.
Thank you for reading,
Alexander

Hi Alejandro,
I stumbled across your site in search of VB information, found what I wanted but due to the 10 post limit was unable to get it. ( I actually don't remember what it was now). Since then I have struggled to post anything due to the lack of activity, hopefully I've helped with the posts I have made.
I'm not a coder, and thought someone here might be able to help with a small request I put up, but since then I have had 0 replies, 9 views, which is disappointing.
I guess one question you might ask yourself, "what is the purpose of the site?". I've noticed a lot of the hacks here are available on vb.org. Are you in direct competition with vb.org. "What can your site offer that vb.org doesn't?"
One advantage of this site over vb.org, is it has a lot of the hacks I've read about over there, installed here. So it is good to see them in a working environment.
Currently Active Users: 129 (2 members | 127 guests) - This is the bane of all boards, the lurkers.
Tough one to solve, I've just installed the welcome header to try and encourage more people to sign up and then contribute. Hasn't seemed to have had much effect as yet, but as we are an Aussie Football site, we are currently in our off season, so traffic is down, compared to during the season.
Not sure if a new skin will help attract more posting.
I hope you solve this "mystery" soon, the site has potential.
Cheers, Scott.

30 views and only one reply. No looking good.
Seems plenty of people are signing up, but not contributing.
Maybe they are just after the arcade. Maybe you should put a post limit on the arcade??
Where are all the other regular contributors??

Where are all the other regular contributors??
They left a while ago due to activity.

They left a while ago due to activity.I assume you mean inactivity.
That's a shame.

Thanks for your feedback ScottH!
Indeed the view is up, and replies is down. However, some user(s) and guest(s) loves to refresh the page couple of time to raise the "view" a little higher then what it's suppose to be at.
I read your request, I wish I could help, however I'm not good on vBulletin scripting yet. I'm just a skin developer.
I'll be chatting to Shawn to see what we can do to improve the community.
Once again, thanks for the feedback.
Best Regards,
Alexander

I just signed up and feel reluctant to post because of the things I had to do to just read or contact a developer here.

Would you like to elaborate a bit more on what that was?

Greets gang...
I can't help you with your traffic, wish I could figure that one out myself. I've been running a small board for probably 10 years now on almost every BBS package available and just bought vB a couple of weeks ago.
One thing I might add to the suggestion list though is move your chat and top 5 to the bottom of the board so they aren't always in the way of the info you're trying to get to. Checking forums and threads here is bordering on painful. It's much like trying to read through the mod pages at vbulletin.org.
(No offense mind you...)
