Hello im not quite sure what you mean by you want to make paid sticky?


However you can have Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread

Its a default option with vBulletin


Simply login to your Admincp panel

Go to vBulletion Options > Thread Display Options (showthread)
Set "Show Users Browsing Threads" to the option that suits you. :)
